This deliverable, D1.3 – Second Project Report, provides an overview of the FEDERATE consortium’s work and progress during the second reporting period, covering M13–M18 (1 September 2024–31 March 2025). It summarises the activities undertaken across all five work packages and highlights the main results and achievements contributing to the project’s objectives. During this period, all work packages progressed as planned, supported by regular consortium and core team meetings, while the project reached the second-year milestones related to feedback on the Building Block repository and the expansion of the European SDV ecosystem. Key achievements included significant improvements to the open Building Block repository, continued development of the SDVoF initiative and its governance, a successful General Assembly meeting and Y1 project review, as well as extensive dissemination and visibility activities, including webinars, newsletters, conference presentations and regular LinkedIn communication. As the only deliverable scheduled for submission during M13–M18, D1.3 provides a consolidated account of the project’s progress and results during this reporting period.
