This deliverable reports on the FEDERATE WP2 High-level Requirements solicitation and consists of two sections:
The requirements collected in Year-1 with additional information about implementation in research projects, open-source initiatives or other projects, and a new section dealing with requirements for open-source software development projects for use in safety and security-relevant industrial environments.
